Grails started as a personal tool to track one collection. It grew into the app other collectors now use to do the same.
(01) The story
I am an Australian software developer and trading card collector. I built Grails to solve my own problem: spreadsheets that never quite captured what I owned or what it was worth.
Today it tracks values, profit and loss, and a full marketplace — but it is still the tool I use daily for my own collection.
(02) What I care about
No Cut of Your Sale
A subscription funds this app, not a percentage of your cards. A Buy now payment is held until the card arrives, and Grails takes nothing from it.
Your Data is Yours
Export your collection whenever you want. Your data stays private and you can leave anytime.
Simple and Practical
If it doesn’t help you track, value or sell cards, I don’t build it.
Australian Made
Built and hosted in Australia. Support a local indie developer.
